1 General Terms & Conditions

Bangla Vate (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bangla Vate and the user.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to abide by them. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Bangla Vate reserves the right to restrict or terminate any individual's access at any time, particularly if there is evidence of a terms violation. All content, design, and technology on the platform are protected under Bangla Vate's intellectual property rights.

2 Account Rules & Eligibility

To open an account on Bangla Vate, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in your account being terminated at any time.

Creating multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be terminated and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact Bangla Vate support immediately.

• Your real name, mobile number, and date of birth are required at registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for verification.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date at all times
• Bangla Vate may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of suspicious activity.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Bangla Vate are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the platform.

Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Verified accounts are generally processed within 24 hours, though banking processes may occasionally cause delays. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing or withdrawing via a third party may fall under money laundering regulations and could result in account termination.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place BDT 5,000 in bets.

The bonus system must not be abused. If multiple accounts, strategic betting using bonus balances, or system exploitation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

• Bonuses are valid only within a specified time period.
• Each promotion may not be claimed more than once per person, household, or IP address
• Some bonuses apply only to specific sports or markets.
• Direct withdrawals from a bonus balance are not permitted — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bangla Vate reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5 Betting Rules & Terms

By placing a bet on Bangla Vate, you agree to the odds and terms of that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet.

Bangla Vate reserves the right to void any bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds, in which case the stake will be refunded to the user's account. Bangla Vate is not liable for bets that fail to register during live betting due to connectivity issues.

Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account may be investigated and closed, and the matter may be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

• Bets are refunded if an event is cancelled

6 Responsible Betting Policy

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. A maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts after a certain period.

Bangla Vate reserves the right to terminate any account without notice in the following cases: violation of terms, fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, false information, suspected money laundering, or legal directives.

• Balances may be forfeited in the event of a proven terms violation
• Users have 30 days to appeal an account termination
• Account information may be retained if required for legal investigations.

8 Privacy & Limitation of Liability

Bangla Vate is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform — including those caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures. Users bear full responsibility for any betting losses.
